|Recommended: YesI like it — Super convenient location to public transit. Only problems for now is there are still people smoking in front of the building out front and the downstairs neighbor has been being a pain since I got here but I've already filed a complaint for them.
|Recommended: YesIt is a great place to live and close to MAX. — Its a great place to live and near the activities in downtown Hillsboro. Plus its so close to public transit.
|Recommended: YesCity Center Apartments two blocks away from. everything — I would say it's the most convienient place to live. It's two blocks from everywhere. Shopping, banking, theater, restruants. Fire department, Police department City serivces. Max and bus lines. All within walking distance.
|Recommended: YesIt's a good place to live. — It is comfortable, convenient, and affordable.
|Recommended: YesGreat management team — the management team (Rafael and the new maintenance person) are fantastic. quick to respond to your needs and alway a joy to be around.
|Recommended: YesGenerally nice place to ljve — Close to Max.
|Recommended: YesCrew keeps the place looking great. — There are some mentaly dissabled people but they are, mostly, well behaved and good neighbors. The place is always clean. the floors vacuumed and hallways and loby are always clean. Management and staff are kind and personable without losing that professionalizm.
|Recommended: YesOverall — For the most part, City Center is a pleasant invironment.
|Recommended: YesOver all — If I were to complain it would be about the parking. Having to pay. The way people throw things from their balconies down on to the cars. Another complaint would be people leaving the gates part way open so their guests can just walk in or they can "come right back". I like my secure building. If I were to praise it would be that the management seems consistant, professional yet personable. I like the hallways to be clean for my guests to see I live in a great place and they are done consistantly...thanks a bunch
